Accessibility statement

Boro Pregnancy Counseling Center (BPCC) wants everyone to be able to find our information and make an appointment, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We test this site with automated tools and by hand, including keyboard-only navigation, and we fix problems as we find them.

What we have done

• A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
• A clearly visible focus outline for keyboard users.
• Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements.
• Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
• A logical heading structure and a unique title on each page.
• Phone numbers shown in digits as well as letters, and linked so they can be tapped to call.
